Delivery times start when the order is in, Mon-Fri 9-5 Central. Orders outside those hours start at 9am the next business day. A deadline that lands on a weekend moves to Monday.
Confidentiality
Your CAD stays private.
Rendered in-house
Your file is converted and rendered on in-house workstations, never a cloud render farm or an image or video generator. Uploads are stored encrypted and deleted 30 days after the order.
Exact geometry
Nothing on the product is generated or retouched. If a part is in the file, it is in the video. If it is not, it is not.
Shown only with permission
Renders of your product are used for your job only, unless you give written permission to show them.

Which file formats work?
STEP (.step or .stp), which nearly every CAD tool exports. Send the full assembly rather than a single merged solid if the video should come apart. If the assembly spans several files, zip them into one upload.
What if the file can't be used?
Every file is checked before work starts. If it can't produce the package ordered, for example a single merged solid for an exploded view, there is no charge.
Will the free download model from my website work?
For stills and a turntable, usually yes. Public download models are often simplified or merged into one solid, so a video that comes apart or shows the inside needs the production assembly.
Is any part of the product generated or retouched?
No. Every pixel of the product is rendered from the CAD geometry. Backdrops are made separately and never alter the product.
Can the video be customized?
The format is fixed: studio stills, a turntable and an exploded view with voiceover. You choose the features called out and the voiceover points. Custom scenes and animation are not offered.
Who checks the work?
A person reviews every cut against your CAD and order before it is delivered.
